Aqua-Pure Ventures Inc. has determined to finance its proposed operations in Arkansas through a farm-out arrangement with a newly created company, Arkansas Salt Water Recycling LLC. The Arkansas company has been formed to own and run this operation and is currently seeking equity financing of a minimum of $10-million (U.S.). It is expected that Aqua-Pure’s wholly owned subsidiary, Fountain Quail Water Management LLC, will manage the Arkansas company.
